To properly permit the repairs, signed and sealed plans and specifications are required. These plans and specifications are guidelines that the contractor must follow in completing the project. Crevalle will prepare plans and specification on a project by project basis to ensure that the proper repairs are made.

DBPR HR 7020 - Balcony Inspections
Inspections of hotel balconies and handrails are required by the Florida DBPR every 3 years with recommendations for repair and follow up reports to DBPR as required for occupancy.
